The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                             
NO. 3 Authorizing a recess by the Senate and the House of                                           
Representatives for a period of more than three days, those days being                              
March 25, 26, 27, and 28 of 2005, pass the Senate?" The roll was
